The Medication Dashboard is a comprehensive paper tool designed to facilitate meaningful discussions about adherence, determine appropriate adherence services for a patient, if applicable, and promote better overall health outcomes.

Medication Dashboard FAQ

The Medication Dashboard will print when:
- A prescription is filled, and
- The drug dispensed is chronic, and
- Patient Status is Active or Out of Province, and
- Patient has not already had a Medication Dashboard printed within the past 3 months

The Medication Dashboard will not print when:
- Prescription filled is not a chronic medication, or
- Prescription is part of a batch, or
- Prescription is flagged as dosett or blister, or
- Patient is part of a Nursing Home group, or
- Patient status is neither Active or Out of Province

The Medication Dashboard should be scanned using the Batch Scan function.

The following prescriptions are excluded from the Medication Dashboard:
- Antibiotics not picked up outside of 3 months
- Professional Services
- Methadone/MethaDose and Suboxone
- Mixtures
- OTCs and DURs
- Devices and medical supplies

Yes. To manually print the Medication Dashboard:
- Search for and select the correct patient
- Select the Programs tab
- Select Print beside Medication Dashboard.
