Medication Dashboard

The Medication Dashboard will print when:

• A prescription is filled, and
• The drug dispensed is chronic, and
• Patient Status is Active or Out of Province, and
• Patient has not already had a Medication Dashboard printed within the past 3 months

The Medication Dashboard will not print when:

• Prescription filled is not a chronic medication, or
• Prescription is part of a batch, or
• Prescription is flagged as dosett or blister, or
• Patient is part of a Nursing Home group, or
• Patient status is neither Active or Out of Province

The Medication Dashboard should be scanned using the Batch Scan function.

The following prescriptions are excluded from the Medication Dashboard:

• Antibiotics not picked up outside of 3 months
• Professional Services
• Methadone/MethaDose and Suboxone
• Mixtures
• OTCs and DURs
• Devices and medical supplies

Yes. To manually print the Medication Dashboard:

1. Search for and select the correct patient
2. Select the Programs tab
3. Select Print beside Medication Dashboard.
